Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Please allow 2 business days for us to process your order. Expect an email within 2 business days to let you know your order has been processed.

Pickup and Delivery Options

Pickup

Orders can be picked up between 8am-7pm Monday through Friday and 9am-4pm on Saturdays excluding holidays. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery for $5 unless delivering with prescription medications (standard fees apply).

During checkout, enter your delivery address and choose the ‘Ship’ delivery option then the local delivery shipping method.

Local delivery is only available for delivery addressed within 10 miles of our pharmacy. We will contact you if you choose this shipping option and it does not apply to you. You will be expected to pay the difference in shipping cost before your order is delivered.

Orders placed before 12 PM during pharmacy hours (M-F 8AM to 7 PM) will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open excluding holidays.

 When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with confirmation information.

Shipping

We offer $7 flat rate shipping to customers in Mississippi.

Note additional shipping charges may apply for specific products or volumes.

We also offer free shipping for orders over $100.

Free Local prescription delivery is available with Med Sync Program enrollment – for questions please contact us at 601-892-4121 opt 3.

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using USPS. Flat rate shipping fee of $7 applies to orders shipping to within Mississippi.

Exceptions

We do not currently ship outside of Mississippi. We will cancel and refund any orders with a delivery address outside our designated shipping area.

Some pharmacy items require special shipping and handling or may not be shipped to all locations. We will contact you if there is an issue with your order.

General Terms

We reserve the right (in our absolute discretion) to refuse to supply any product that we consider may constitute a health hazard or to supply what we consider to be excessive or unnecessary quantities.

We may require you to provide additional verification of information prior to accepting any order. Your order is deemed to be accepted only when our pharmacy has received all the information we require from you.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in processing, pickup, shipment and delivery. If for any reason a product is not available, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any delay in delivering the product.
